Our Society provides job-specific technical training to build a career in specific field. Women, girls, orphans get trained as per their talent to stand on their feet. The objective of our vocational training programs is to train youth form economically backgrounds and get them a job to earn the basic income for them and their families.

Programmes based on Job-skill model is linked with strong industries and give practical hand-on knowledge. Various courses are taught as construction, hospitality, automotive, healthcare, computer skills & lifesaving skills.

For women, handicrafts-based skill training is provided, so that they can easily manage the job and home alongwith work. Stitching, weaving, cutting & tailoring, beauty courses, computer training, medical sisters are part of women vocational training projects. With basic education, these courses are easy to grasp and complete the skill training degree easily.

With training courses, we also focus on post training model with post-placement tracking and support coupled with financial aspects. Their performances are monitored and encouraged to get a good promotion with advanced level training again.

Government has launched many schemes for vocational training and strengthening the skills of youngsters. KTS provide short term and long-term vocational training in different verticals of health supports, sanitization, child education, self-employment skills like small scale home-made daily use products, cultivation and marketing of plant-based products, social and educational activities in rural areas etc.

Vocational Training is a short-term solution to get instant result but formal employment skills is necessary to build career ahead.
